ROBOTICS SOLUTIONS
We are a company that provides solutions for existing machinery that makes them smarter, and give them the ability to work together in teams. We are a research-based startup that is proud to have scientists and business developers working side by side in order to develop the best solution for the client.
What is the main problem that you are solving?
Robotic and industrial equipment ability to communicate with each other – we are solving the problem of different equipment being able to coordinate work in a team and allow for robots and equipment to communicate with each other via the multi-agent system.
How are you solving it? What is the solution?
The multi-agent system add-on allows existing robots and industrial equipment to communicate with each other and organize the work in teams by sending data to a server where our algorithms processes it and sends commands back to the equipment ensuring collaboration and work coordination in a team.
What is your business model?
We will provide the multi-agent system add-on as a solution and an upgrade for existing products to industrial machinery producers for an initial contract cost. The equipment producer will then provide the solution to the end-user as an upgrade of their existing machinery for which the end-user will pay a fee, out of which a part (royalty fee or monthly hardware fee) will go to Robotic Solutions. At the same time income will be generated by having a subscription fee for data gathering, and analysis from the end-users.
Who is your target audience? Your customer/market?
Our market is all robotic and industrial equipment that would benefit from work coordination as a team. Our first application of the solution has been on a cattle feed pushing robot where we proved our concept and the work we’ve done can be commercialized as a separate product. But our focus now is on the scalable industry – producers of industrial floor cleaning machinery, where there are more than 1.2 million machines in the EU alone that can be upgraded with our software.
What is your current traction (if any)?
Interest from 3 cattle farm machinery producers and around 30 farmers about the feed pushing robot. We are now working on creating traction for our ability of taking the multi-agent principles from the feed pushing robot to industrial cleaning machinery by talking directly to equipment producers and end-users in order to understand their pain points and needs.
Short background info on your team, individual expertise, something great your - - team has done:
We are a group of scientists and business developers. A team that has serial entrepreneurs that have
had successful ventures and a strong technical team that has won a robotics competition in Japan. And we are not afraid to get our hands dirty and smell like crap after testing in a cattle farm.
