Mobscale is a marketing automation platform solving the problem of churn in mobile Apps using personalized, contextual notifications through push, in-app, email and SMS channels.
What is the main problem that you are solving?
Marketers use a mix of tools in the industry to measure and re-engagement users eg: Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Flurry etc. But most of these common tools do not provide user centric re - engagement tools, they do not have context on the user , nor do they provide deep engagement insights for the marketer to make business decisions. So his typical user engagement strategy looks like this :

How are you solving it? What is the solution?
The Mobscale platform helps marketers and App owners better understand their customers using deep analytics and drive more engagement and revenue through contextual and personalized communication with your users via push notifications, in-app messages, emails or sms notifications and all this at scale. It helps you figure what your users are doing in your app, and helps you engage with them. Powered by big data and machine learning, we help create delightful experiences for every App consumer with the perfect, personalised message, delivered on the right channel, at just the right time.
What is your business model?
We charge based on the number of Monthly Active Users (MAUs) that the customer has.
Who is your target audience? Your customer/market?
Our enterprise customer base is anyone with a total App downloads of more than 1Million and we typically find these customers with outbound sales approach and inbound SaaS sales model. Apps in the fintech, banking, F&B, gaming, music and arts, mobile commerce, travel, local, education, productivity Apps etc from our customer base. We are focusing on large enterprise in the above sectors in the EMEA region.
What's your current traction (if any)?
We have two large enterprise in India using our platform on paid beta and two smaller Apps on free trial.
Short background info on your team, individual expertise, something great your - - team has done:
Kali and Pavan built a company called MindHelix before this where they built multiple products, Rico gathered $120k on Kickstarter and they built India's most popular App TukTuk Meter which went viral in 2012 and got more than 2 million downloads. MindHelix was acquired by Askme.com which is one of the biggest e-commerce companies in India and Kali was heading the mobile commerce business while the current CTO at Mobscale was the director of engineering at Askme.
