Inapptics helps app creators visualize user interactions in their apps
What is the main problem that you are solving?
77% of mobile apps downloaded are deleted within the next 3 days they are installed. Most of the time it’s because the UX is confusing or the app crashes. It’s a real pain not being able to see what issues users are experiencing in the app.
With current analytics solutions app creators usually get a bunch of numbers and chart, but what they actually need is the following:
- Is their app being used as intended?
- Are there any usability issues?
- What exactly was the user doing that caused the crash they cannot reproduce?
How are you solving it? What is the solution?
Our SDK integration requires just a single line of code and takes 2 minutes to implement.
We aggregate all user interaction events and turn them into simple visual flows and heat maps, where they see the actions users perform on each screen, where they tap and how they navigate within the app.
As we collect all the user interaction data, Inapptics automatically detects crashes and replays the steps that led to the crash. It also provides suggestions on how to fix them.
What is your business model?
Our offering is based on freemium model, where app owners with up to 1000 monthly active users can use it free of charge.
Once they are beyond the free tier we offer the following packages:
- Startup - $99 (up to 30 000 monthly active users)
- Pro - $299 (up to 100 000 monthly active users)
- Rockstar - $599 (up to 300 000 monthly active users)
- Custom / Enterprise (based on quote)
Who is your target audience? Your customer/market?
Mobile analytics market is worth around $2 billion now and is growing on average at 25% annually.
Our target customers are digital agencies, who build apps for their clients, and VC-backed or growing startups that have issues with user engagement and retention. Geographically we target the US and European market mostly.
What's your current traction (if any)?
We had more than 300 beta users who have signed up to try Inapptics during our closed beta.
Currently, we have soft launched Inapptics and are giving access to the first batch of customers.
There are more than 20 apps using Inapptics and 50 more apps in our pipeline.

Before starting Inapptics, the team has worked together for more than 5 years on mobile projects for Fortune 1000 companies in the USA and Europe.
